- Our policy only covers manufacturing issues (loose screws or nose pads, ratling lenses, fit adjustments and similar).
- Issues with the frame should to be reported directly to us before any attempt at repair or replacement is made.
- Misuse and breakage are not covered.
- Repairs might not be possible sometimes, but the team does its best to get it sorted.
- Frames bought from other stores are not covered, please seek the original retailer.
