Shame about the terrible customer service
"My tracked return was received by the warehouse, yet it took over three weeks for my refund to be processed. After waiting two weeks, I contacted customer service to enquire about the delay but received no response. I followed up again, yet none of my emails were ever acknowledged. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring a customer’s enquiries is unacceptable. The lack of communication, combined with the excessive wait for a refund, was extremely disappointing and has left me with little confidence in ordering from this company again."
